Before and/or After School at The Zone August 25, 2010 - June 10, 2011 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM Registration Fee: $30 (a $25 re-enrollment fee is charged anytime there is a break in service) Tuition fees include all activities, breakfast, and/or snack. Before School: $20/week for a child also enrolled in After School $30/week for Before School only After School: $60 a week for the first child; $56/week, second child; $50/week, third child Transportation Fees Before School: $5/week After School: $5/week Fee Payment Policy: Fees are due on or before Monday of the week of care. Fees may be paid in advance for any period of time. If a holiday, teacher workday, or snow day occurs on a usual fee collection day, an extra day of fee collection will be added without penalty. Checks or money orders should be made payable to: The ASCZ. Late Payment Penalties: Weekly fees are due on Monday for the week of care. If fees for the week haven’t been paid on Monday, a $5 late fee is assessed and a $3 late fee is assessed each day thereafter. (Example: If your tuition is $60/week and you cannot make payment until Thursday, you would add $5 for Tues., and $3 for Wed. and $3 for Thurs.) If you will not be making full payment on Friday, remember to make other arrangements for your child’s transportation home and after school care for Monday. Your child cannot return to our program until full payment of the balance due has been made. A $25 registration fee is due at reenrollment the following Monday (not the late fee). Each child receives one free week of child care per school year. If your child will be absent Winter Break and/or Spring Break, your regular tuition payment is still due. You may use one of those weeks as your free week for the school year. The other two weeks must be paid for even if your child is absent! |
